@noida_authority @CMOfficeUP @brajeshpathakup @myogioffice @dmgbnagar कृपया संज्ञान लें । 5 दिनों से "डोर टू डोर गार्बेज कलेक्शन" के कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल के चलते नोएडा की आवासीय सेक्टर कूड़े के ढेर में बदल गए हैं। न ही इस बात की कोई सूचना नोएडा ऑथारिटी के पास है की नागरिक स्वत: कूड़ा कहां डालें। इस प्रकार हम बीमारी एवं महामारी को न्योता दे रहे हैं|क्या ऐसी नागरिक जरूरत की सुविधाऐं ESMA के अंतर्गत नहीं आनी चाहिए? कृपया अतिशीघ्र आवश्यक कार्यवाही करें एवं सुझाव दे कि कूड़ा कहां डिस्पोज किया जाय|

CPGRAMS Ref# DHLTH/E/2025/0000127 || 24*26*0.7 CM towel retained leads to tragic death of a woman || CMO, Noida acting hand in glove to protect errant Hospital

Honorable sir / ma'am @MoHFW_INDIA @AnupriyaSPatel @PMOIndia @unwomenindia @RobertElangbam @JPNadda

I'm reaching out to you in the subject matter.

I plea for help & intervention, as chief medical office (CMO), Gautam Buddha Nagar has got conflicting interests it seems & not doing independent investigation in a matter related to medical negligence.

To summaries, due to some medical negligence, a 24*26*0.7 CM towel was retained in my wife's stomach suggestively during her LSCS operation at an errant Hospital in Noida, leading to complications of which she died. Upon approaching police, they didn't lodge the complaint but sent it to CMO Noida for medical investigation. The report came out too biased in favor of the accused (I have prima facie evidence on records which establishes that foreign body is left behind in the stomach, but CMO office Noida & accused are all acting in colluded manner to botch up the entire investigation).

Please, may I plea that justice be prevailed. Sir / ma'am, I'm the sole bread earner of my grieving family looking after my two kids after passing away of my wife (aged 2 yrs & 8 yrs respectively & two elderly parents aged 68 & 73 yrs respectively) but the system is failing me & I'm being made to run pillar to post in pursuit of justice whereas accused are sitting nice & pretty.

I Humbly request, Director general health services & National Medical Commission to conduct disciplinary action against following public office bearers who have certified below facts by virtue of the report. Please may I request their credentials be questioned in the interest of the justice as the statements below from the report that these individuals have signed off, imposes serious questions to their credentials as registered medical practitioners.

Mr. Rahul Verma (Surgeon)
Mr. Chandan Soni (Deputy CMO)
Mr.  Sunil Sharma (CMO, Noida)

It is humbly brought to the light here that the above office bearers staking following claims per the report certified by them poses serious questions about their knowledge of medicine & suggestive of their conflicting interests (& hence not conducting fair trial). In the interest of fair trial, please they be questioned to ascertain their baffling claims below:

a)  A DNC procedure (which by the way is a non-invasive procedure) can may lead to injury to jejunum & therefore a jejuno-uterine fistula & possibly retainment of foreign body measuring 24*26*0.7 CM in size, whereas a LSCS operation can't.

b) What evidence have they got to suggest that the DNC was done?

c) There is no way injury can be caused to Jejunum, during a LSCS operation

d) What is their interpretation of the term "Curvilinear hyperdense material (? iatrogenic)" in the attached CT report if not "medically induced foreign body"?

e) Why do they choose to go by mere word of mouth of the radiologist who has done the attached CT scan, whereas they could have themselves examined the radio films / CD of the attached CT scan report?

f) Why was the medical enquiry concluded without even questioning Gangaram hospital where the foreign body was taken out & my wife breathed her last?

It is humbly requested, that the medical personnel above establish the facts above mentioned or should they feel, they have erroneously mentioned the above statements in the attached report, an apology be demanded from them as a closure to this grievance as this is direct breach of trust to the general public & a professional misconduct that warrants a disciplinary action. Also, I hereby request, a fresh & independent medical trial be conducted under the supervision of National Medical Commission so guilty be reprimanded.

Sir, ma'am, here it is to be noted respectfully that only operation my wife underwent before the above CT scan was the LSCS operation at this errant hospital in NOIDA, hence suggesting, towel was left inside the stomach during the LSCS operation. That most respectfully, even otherwise, the retainment of 24*26*0.7 CM towel in itself is a prima-facie offence of gross medical misconduct that requires fair investigation by directing the investigating authorities, a fact that has been overlooked by the Chief medical office Noida, because of their conflicting interests (it seems).

And then, I'm being told by the Chief Medical Officer, Noida & I quote " आप भले ही इंक्वायरी करवा लो, कुछ होने वाला नहीं है", What a disgrace for an office bearer of the stature of a district's Medical Operation in charge to be uttering such words .

And it doesn't stop at this, the accused errant practitioner is accusing me of perjury instead of apologising of the negligent act .What a shame !! And just because, I'm not high handed, the accused work hand in glove to tweak the system at their will.

@MoHFW_INDIA @CMOfficeUP like to call out lackluster attitude shown by police in not taking any action against one of the well known hospital chain of our country where owing to gross medical negligence I lost my beloved wife & mother of 2 small kids but police just won't budge
