Is this what @airtelindia cares?? 30 mins on hold with no response. U r a sales company stop telling yourself as services company. As sales calls are catered in less than 5 mins. But post sales we are kept hanging always.
@AirtelIndia This is beyond frustrating. I’ve been trying to reach your customer care for hours & your system just won’t let me get thru to an human. Endless IVR loops, no resolution, no support. This is unacceptable from a company like Airtel. Fix it. Customers deserve better

@FaberIndia an amazing disconnect between field engineers & product catalog. Bought a purifier 6 months back and field rep tells me all the filters are gone bad, even after changing product is still not delivering water. Please get after sales services sorted

@Airtel_Presence I get that hence requesting GoI to look into and create some logical stuff, what is the point of giving same add before every call, I make and average of 30 calls a day, give it may be every 1st, 10th and last call.
