I wish to bring to your notice a routing issue in the Speed Post network. My article, booked from Kadipur SO (228145) and destined for Sultanpur HO (228001), which is approximately 40 km away, first reached Sultanpur RMS but was subsequently routed to Lucknow and is thereafter expected to return to Sultanpur for final delivery. I request the Department to examine whether such routing is systemically necessary and, if avoidable, review and optimize the routing mechanism to prevent unnecessary transit and delay for articles destined for short-distance locations. @IndiaPostOffice @DoT_India @JM_Scindia @PMOIndia

कुछ युवक-युवतियों द्वारा सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर अत्यंत अश्लील गालियों का प्रयोग किए जाने की घटना का आघात अभी सभ्य समाज पूरी तरह से संभाल भी नहीं पाया था कि पिछले कुछ दिनों में ऐसी ही कुछ और घटनाएँ सामने आई हैं।

तमिलनाडु में एक युवा राजनीतिक नेता ने सार्वजनिक सभा में माननीय मुख्यमंत्री और एक लोकप्रिय अभिनेत्री के बारे में अत्यंत आपत्तिजनक एवं अश्लील टिप्पणियाँ कीं। महिलाओं के प्रति सोच कितनी निम्न स्तर की हो गई है, इससे पता चलता है।

वहीं, सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल एक ऑडियो (जिसकी अभी तक आधिकारिक पुष्टि नहीं हुई है) में महाराष्ट्र में एक नेता द्वारा महिला नेताओं और जनप्रतिनिधियों के लिए गाली गलौच किए जाने की बात सामने आई है।

ये तो केवल पिछले कुछ दिनों के कुछ उदाहरण हैं। इससे पहले भी अनेक जिम्मेदार लोगों ने ऐसी हरकतें की है। मूल प्रश्न यह है कि क्या महिलाओं को विकृत और अपमानजनक तरीके से निशाना बनाए बिना राजनीति या समाजसेवा नहीं की जा सकती? क्या लोगों का ध्यान आकर्षित करने के लिए महिलाओं के प्रति अशोभनीय टिप्पणियाँ करना आवश्यक हो गया है?

किसी भी सभ्य समाज की पहचान महिलाओं के सम्मान से होती है। इसलिए सार्वजनिक जीवन, राजनीति और समाजसेवा से जुड़े सभी जिम्मेदार व्यक्तियों से यह अपेक्षा स्वाभाविक और अनिवार्य है कि वे अपनी भाषा, आचरण और अभिव्यक्ति में मर्यादा, संवेदनशीलता और महिलाओं के प्रति सम्मान को सर्वोच्च स्थान दें।
