I have done the payment of 117244 for my credit card payment thru CheQ app a Fintech company. Amount get debited my account and not credited to credit card account. As per them payment was failed at credit card level and refund is issued but no credited to my A/c.

Made a credit card bill payment via @CheQ_One , but the transaction was marked for a refund. Ticket no 710833, raised on 20th October, the refund was supposed to be credited by 22nd October, but it’s still not reflecting. My credit card bill is due on 25th October. Please resolve

My father, submitted Form 15G online, but the branch said it wasn’t received and asked for offline submission. Even after submitting offline, they say the system won’t accept 15G and TDS will be deducted, asking us to claim via ITR later when within income limit

@BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares @HDFCBank_Cares Extremely poor service by Bluedart in Kolkata. My mother’s HDFC add-on credit card was returned undelivered without any delivery attempt or call, marked “OTP not shared.” Same delivery person caused issues earlier too. Please look into it
