If the tendon is healthy and not degenerate and hindfoot alignment ok - excise/debride calcification and speedbridge repair to foot print. If severe insertional changes then debride and FHL recon.

@northwoods1980 Definitely, in planning intervention for management. Although in my practice I would seek a set of weight bearing X-rays, long leg views to check for proximal mal alignment +/-weight bearing CTs. Depending on history a trip to local MDT to decide on evidence based treatment.
