@amazonIN I got a message to contact customer care about an order, but there is no option to do so in the App, what am I supposed to do? Raise every issue on X?
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN You are still not answering my primary query. I asked for replacement, I am being offered a refund after you fraudulently tagged my replacement as complete. The return is not initiated by me, not refunding the entire purchase price is further fraud.

@AmazonHelp I have not received any answer to why the replacement was marked as completed without actually being done. I was also told that it would be picked up for refund tomorrow, but it is not showing in the app. The chat was disconnected when I enquired about refund of the platform fee
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN Neither of the links are useful. Both delivery and return pickup have been shown as completed without any actual replacement. Aren't there any controls in place? How could this happen?
@amazonIN I ordered an item, it was faulty, I initiated a replacement. I got a subsequent notification that the replacement had been delivered, but I had not received it. Raised a customer complaint, 2 days later, I got a WhatsApp message to contact CS for a replacement. Wasted
40+ minutes and got switched through 3 different agents to be offered a refund. Now the return is showing as completed without anyone having picked up the faulty product. What is happening? I now am stuck with a faulty product and no refund. Should I approach consumer court?
@agarwalpacker I had booked a local shifting for today and I was assured it would be completed within 1 day. It is nearly 12 and your people have not even come to pack my household goods even after multiple follow ups. What kind of conduct is this?
