One suggestion to Government amend the Constitution add Article 30A stating:

“notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the religious institutions or bodies of every community, sect, denomination & panth shall have equal rights to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.”

📍Minority Rights are already secured in Article 30 to run educational institutions.

📍Article 30A will carve out an exception about Religious institutions of all communities allowing Hindus Temple Trusts, Mathas to establish their own School, Colleges.

📍This would give it a status of Fundamental Rights in Part III of the Constitution.

📍The Non Obstante Clause will nullify RTE act for Hindu Religious Institutions giving them parity with other religions.

📍However state aided & secular institutions like Private & Public educational institutions will continue to be governed by RTE.

📍Temple Trusts like Somnath, Ram Janambhoomi, Kashi Vishwanath, Kedarnath, Puri, Tirupati can establish their own schools impart education to all strata of Hindu society in a dharmic in a scientific manner.

📍We need to revive our Temples not just as tourist places but center for learning & knowledge. Many trust have huge donations from devotees let it be used for society.

📍Such schools offering low cost education for downtrodden & backward would mean less Proselytism & Wokeism.

📍Dats how you can actually empower hindus in true sense by not just building temples & giving handouts or reservations.

How much elections we lost.. Delhi MCD, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka etc... In Punjab we don't even stand anywhere...

When we win we show arrogance and when we loose we show more arrogance to all. The behaviour will make 2024 Lok sabha much tougher for BJP.
