लेकिन संकीर्ण राजनीतिक सोच से ग्रस्त भाजपा सरकार ने आते ही ओटीएस चौराहे पर बनने वाले हैंगिंग ब्रिज का अनुबंध ही रद्द कर दिया! जनता रोज़ जाम में पिसती रही और यह जनकल्याणकारी प्रोजेक्ट भी भाजपा के 'इंतजारशास्त्र' और 'बदले की राजनीति' की भेंट चढ़ गया।

अब माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने इस स��ई हुई सरकार को आईना दिखाते हुए स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि यह परियोजना हमारी तत्कालीन सरकार की घोषणा के अनुरूप ही पूरी होगी। न्यायालय की यह टिप्पणी भाजपा सरकार के मुंह पर करारा तमाचा है कि "सरकार बदलने से अनु��ंध नहीं बदला जा सकता और राजनीतिक द्वेष में सरकारी वादे नहीं तोड़े जा सकते।"

मुख्यमंत्री श्री भजनलाल शर्मा जी, हर विकास कार्य को 'सियासी चश्मे' से देखना बंद कीजिए। जनहित को सर्वोपरि रखिए, क्योंकि राजस्थान की जनता विकास चाहती है, आपकी सरकार का यह हठधर्मिता और राजनीतिक प्रतिशोध वाला रवैया नहीं!

The Indian salaried class has been methodically stripped of every single inflation hedge available to it, one budget at a time.

You tried crypto. They slapped a 30% flat tax on gains, allowed no set-off of losses, and added 1% TDS on transfers.

You tried equities. Budget 2024 raised STCG from 15% to 20%, raised LTCG from 10% to 12.5%, increased STT on F&O, and also killed indexation for most other long-term capital gains.

You thought fine, I’ll diversify some savings abroad through LRS. They put 20% TCS on remittances above 10 lakhs for investments abroad.

You tried Sovereign Gold Bonds, because surely a government-issued, government-backed gold hedge would be the one clean instrument they would not mess with. Then Budget 2026 came along and removed the capital gains exemption for secondary market buyers.

And now the final insult.

The Prime Minister has publicly asked you to avoid buying physical gold for a year in the “national interest,” because gold imports use foreign exchange.

So let me get this straight. A middle class wagie earning in depreciating rupees, watching FD rates hover around 6.5% while real life inflation keeps eating his purchasing power, has now been told:

Crypto is taxed like a vice.

Equities are more expensive to hold and exit.

Foreign diversification gets hit with TCS.

SGBs are being wound down and tax-narrowed.

Buying physical gold is now unpatriotic.

Basically, every single exit from rupee depreciation has been systematically curtailed. You are expected to hold your savings in instruments the government controls, at returns the government sets, for a currency the government is rapidly inflating away.

Well, that’s not how things work. Competitive examinations are not merely tests of knowledge, but also tests of timing, mental conditioning, emotional stability, and peak performance achieved after months or years of disciplined preparation. Serious students structure their entire routine around one examination date, carefully managing sleep, revision cycles, stress levels, mock tests, and mental sharpness to perform at their absolute best on that particular day.

When an exam is cancelled despite their honest effort, they are forced to recreate the same level of focus and intensity again, which is mentally exhausting and usually impossible with the same efficiency.

The hardest-working students are affected the most because they invest the greatest emotional and mental energy into preparation. After the first exam, many experience burnout, fatigue, reduced concentration, emotional numbness, and loss of momentum. Even if their knowledge remains intact, their sharpness may decline during the re-exam.

Most damaging of all, paper leaks weaken a sincere student’s faith in merit itself. When students realize that even years of hard work cannot protect them from systemic failures caused by others’ dishonesty, it creates frustration, helplessness, and distrust toward institutions.

This is why a leak-proof exam is non-negotiable, the bare minimum that can be done for hard working students.

In Parliament, I called for targeted relief for Retail investors, SIP holders, Small savers & Middle-class households affected by the stock-market shock. The ongoing war in West Asia has caused sharp erosion in Indian investor’s wealth.

This is not our war, but our investors are paying its price.

India did not create this crisis.
India is not a party to this conflict.
Yet Indian investors are paying the price.

India’s fundamentals are strong, but what needs strengthening is the policy shield around the small investor. Because the cause is external. But the costs are domestic.

Therefore I urged for a fair, targeted, pro-investor response to protect household wealth and restore confidence, like:

•⁠ ⁠Targeted time bound relief for retail investors
•⁠ ⁠Time bound STT relief only for retail, not F&O
•⁠ ⁠Extend capital loss carry forward from 8 to 15 years
•⁠ ⁠Allow limited tax-neutral switching for retail mutual fund investors during crisis
•⁠ ⁠Strong public communication on India's macro stability and energy preparedness

⦿ अगर ट्रेन छूटने में 8 घंटे बचे हैं और आपने टिकट कैंसिल किया तो मोदी सरकार आपको एक रुपए भी नहीं लौटाएगी

⦿ पहले ट्रेन छूटने से 4 घंटे पहले तक टिकट ���ैंसिल करने पर आपको 50% रिफंड मिल जाता था

⦿ इतना ही नहीं, अब टिकट पर पूरा रिफंड पाने के लिए आपको 72 घंटे पहले ही टिकट कैंसिल करना होगा, जो पहले 48 घंटे था

Because these misleading branding and false advertisement are pushing millions, especially kids, into diabetes and lifestyle diseases.

Telecom Companies ऐसे Recharge Plans offer करती हैं जिनमें ‘Daily Data Limits’ जैसे 1.5GB, 2GB या 3GB per day होती हैं, जो हर 24 hours में reset हो जाती हैं। बचा हुआ data midnight पर expire हो जाता है, जबकि उसके पूरे पैसे पहले ही दिए जा चुके होते हैं।

आपको 2GB के लिए charge किया जाता है। आप 1.5GB use करते हैं। बचा हुआ 0.5GB दिन खत्म होते ही गायब हो जाता है। कोई refund नहीं। कोई rollover नहीं।

मैंने आज यह मुद्दा Parliament में उठाया की जिस data के लिए हमने पूरी payment की है, वो दिन समाप्त होने पर Expire नहीं होना चाहिए।

बचा हुआ data अगले दिन की data limit में carry forward होना चाहिए, ताकि users Data इस्तेमाल कर सकें जिसके लिए उन्होंने पहले ही pay किया है।

संसद में आज मेरी demands हैं -

1.स��ी users के लिए Data carry-forward / Data rollover की सुविधा दी जाए। जो data दिन के अंत तक use नहीं होता, उसे अगले दिन की limit में add किया जाए, न कि validity खत्म होते ही ख़त्म कर दिया जाए।

2.अगले महीने के recharge amount में unused data का adjustment का option दिया जाए। अगर कोई user लगातार अपना data under-utilise करता है, तो अगले monthly recharge में उस value का adjustment या discount मिलना चाहिए। users को बार-बार उस लिमिट के लिए pay नहीं करना चाहिए जो वे use ही नहीं करते।

3.Unused data को relatives और friends को transfer करने का option दिया जाए�� Unused data को user की digital property माना जाना चाहिए। उपभोक्ता को अपने daily data limit से unused data दूसरों को transfer करने की permission होनी चाहिए, बिल्कुल उसी तरह जैसे पैसे transfer किए जा सकते हैं।

आज मोबाइल डेटा कोई luxury नहीं, Digital oxygen बन चुका है। टेलीकॉम कंपनियों की ये लूट बंद होनी चाहिए।
