How come brand like medanta hospitals which is empanelled over charge. And if they do then y empanelled. Mr. Alam not responding

@rajivseth1959 @NivaBupaSupport Oh they take many months and then too with abrupt deductions. Infact in my case they have said that the hospital is overcharging . Ridiculous hospital is a big chain and empanelled too. Did I say niva is overcharging while making the premium payments which are too huge

Whether they communicated this to hospital and if not then y as a consumer am being penalised. Still GRO @niva not responding

@NivaBupaSupport Dear Niva- after too much of repetitive queries able to get the partial claim . However the amount of 16500 approx remains unpaid for which the medical prescriptions and bills were produced without assigning any reasons

@NivaBupaSupport @Niva_Bupa @IRDA_OFICIAL got the claim approval but with deductions of more than 16k (still not aware of the deductions which have been made while sanctioning.) also paralley am still getting same queries repeatedly. Pl address the deductions

@NivaBupaSupport It may further be noted that entire treatment including the post operation activities were done through medanta hospital lucknow. All bills and prescriptions are of medanta. And it has been more than 2 months now since I have been chasing and getting back the same reply

Got an instant resolution. They raised same query again. An executive called and confirmed receipt of all documents and surprisingly with an hour similar query was asked again. Only god may save us from quick buck companies like niva. Action of irda awaited
