KYC & KRA in mutual funds is having huge issues for 10-12 days.

-No one is replying on this
-CAMS/KARVY - are not able to provide correct data

People are facing financial loss as they are not able to sell even their old stocks and ironically Sebi is known to be investor friendly.

-Transaction are getting rejected

-Sips are bouncing

-email id and phone updated but no emails on otp received

-they fetch old data

-aadhar pan bank all is linked

Indian Investors are very much worried.

One of my family member's @zerodha demat is frozen. Buying/selling not possible.

That is because KARVY KRA's site is down and can't verify mobile no/email id(related to KYC registration). It's been 4 days already.

This is what happens when you make 100s of security changes (which is good) but grievance part of the entity sucks. Zerodha won't help and Karvy is not responding.

My trading account has been blocked citing reason that validation of client kyc with KRA. Full set of KYC given to @canmoney 7 days back. Seems there is technical reason but for how long KDMS(KARVY KRA). Investors savings are kept on hold.
