@StarbucksIndia really horrible experience trying to pay with the app this morning at bangalore airport. I tried 10-15 times to log in from 2 devices, tried to reset but the app was a total disaster. My chai got over but app didn’t log.. ended up paying w/o points on my card

@JioCare how is work in progress and status closed same. You close requests without even taking acknowledgment from customers if their issue is resolved. We can’t get into the dashboard and payments not done and you have disconnected our corporate sims. Really bad!
