For those who don’t know Sanjeev Arora much.
Every fact can be verified.
Sanjeev Arora ji used to wake up at 4 AM and personally start calling volunteers and members of the public who had submitted their works or issues, updating them about the status of their cases. He used to thoroughly follow up on every single work.
As MP, he solved many major problems of Ludhiana — Airport expansion, Elevated Road, Parking issues, a new ESI Hospital, and India’s first NHAI Cycle Track.
As Minister —
He used to reach office by 6 AM and start clearing files and taking meetings.
He brought record investments.
Introduced major Power Reforms.
Always remained Pro People, Pro Punjab, and Pro India.
Being a trustee of Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, he has helped hundreds of needy patients.
After losing his parents to cancer, he committed himself deeply to helping cancer patients and has supported the treatment of hundreds of breast cancer patients.

First of all - Today’s arrest of Mr Sanjeev Arora has nothing to do with his role as Minister or Bhagwant Mann’s Govt.

The ED has slapped false & baseless charges on Sanjeev Arora's company for some business transactions which happened before he became Minister.

ED has alleged bogus mobile phone export worth 157 crore rupees. However, In its public response, the company has completely exposed ED's lies.

According to the company's press release, all the phones' IMEI numbers were scanned by Customs at the port before the export took place. Now, an IMEI scan can't be forged as it's electronically verified evidence. So the ED's allegations look downright flimsy in the face of this fact.

The company has also made it clear that most of these IMEIs are active outside the country, which proves the export actually happened. Apple and other reputed companies have verified this too.

The company made all payments to suppliers, including GST, through proper banking channels, so there's no room for suspicion there either.

The point is crystal clear: The ED cooked up a fake case and arrested Sanjeev Arora just because he refused to join the BJP.
