I recently purchased a pair of Nike shoes worth 4,985 THB on 29th Sep '24 from one of your stores in Bangkok. At the time of purchase, there was an active promotion where spending over 4K THB entitled me to 1K THB redeemable between 15th to 20th Oct'24. @NikeService @Nike

I contacted the local Nike store, and they informed me that in India, I cannot redeem my offer because all Nike stores here are franchises, and Nike doesn’t operate its own stores. This has left me feeling misled and cheated by the Nike brand. @NikeService @Nike
