It's been over 20 days with no resolution or updates on my Navi UPI face payment activation, UPI Lite reactivation, and refund/deactivation request. Facing repeated technical errors & zero human support. Kindly intervene & ensure quick help.

I am unable to activate face payment on my Navi upi since 4 days. Even my upi lite account needs to be reactivated but getting the same "we ran into dome technical errors" since a few days. There is no option to chat from the app, help section only works with bot.

@navifinance Its been more than 20 days and the issue is still not resolved. Even I am not being updated on my request to deactivate my UPI lite account and refund my money. @navifinance @RBI @NPCI_NPCI I am raising a complaint on rbiombudsman now.

@thetatvaindia Always cross a big vehicle be it a bus or trucks from the tail side. No one can expect a running person or anyone from the other side of the vehicle.

@adityakgec @dranuragagrawal @MYHCNewDelhi Maybe for you, but me and my friends had applied the same on 25th Sept and all of us got rejection. However, I tried checking with the Delhi Embassy they didnt give any specific reasn. They said e-visa is not avlble anymore.

@dranuragagrawal @adityakgec @MYHCNewDelhi They are rejecting the applied e-visa now for stamp and on arrival. People entering through Singapore and Thailand can apply for on arrival. The site is up and visas are being rejected.
