@salvosottile In effetti la storia delle "non alternative" è un po' triste. Sono anni che noi usciamo dall'autostrada, percorriamo 1/2 km max e ci fermiamo in posti carini, locali, mangiando bene, rilassandoci ed evitando di sprecare. Poi nell'emergenza, il caffè e la bottiglia d'acqua ci sta.
I've been trying all morning a way to contact you for a booked flight, the website is a deadend-loop with useless click-to-action that takes me nowhere, no possibility to help myself and no way to contact your support. How is that possibile my dear @SAS ?
@SAS So, after lot of difficulties I was able to purchase that extra luggage and now I'm struggling to get a receipt for something I've paid !!! Can you help ? @sas?
@SAS I was not able to, no answer. Luckily at check in it allowed me to add a bag. It would be much more simple if you had correct information on the website/app (that said I could not add extra carryon or checked in bags....). And there should be a way to get in touch....
@SAS I would like you to try it, it's impossible ... The link takes me around in different pages where I get all type of errors/useless information and there is no way to find a way yo talk yo someone or even send a ticket!!
@SAS My flight is Tuesday early morning and O cant fly without luggage. I'm aware I'll need to pay for that but dont just respond it's not allowed as it said the exact opposite when I baught the ticket one month ago!
@SAS Believe me I've tried, even now. It took me sometime as the chatbot kept replying that it was good enough. When finally I was told "an agent will join ... We thank you for your patience" ... Nothing more happened. I waited 32 minutes with no updates, no other possibility. Help!
@SAS Hi, it was totally useless. The chatbot informed me that my ticket is not qualified for extra luggage but when I purchased the flight the website informed me that extra luggage could be purchased afterwards. What do I do now? Travel for 3 days with no clothes?
