Dear @airindia AI501 from BLR TO DEL ws supposed to depart at 1:15pm, Jan 14, the latest news is ETD 10pm that's 9 hours, at least have the courtesy to arrange some dedicated seats and refreshments, so many ppls with kids and elderly all stranded inside the terminal @BLRAirport
