@bajajallianz Claim No. OC-26-1002-6052-00006329 last claim submitted CASHLESS, PRE-AUTH DEPT CLEARLY INFORMED NO CB AVAILABLE. When the claim processed, there still NO TRACE OF CREDITED CB. If the policy reflects 20% CB, why this CB benefit not applied by your team time of claim processing?
