@kshipzz @AirAsiaSupport For the records i had booked tickets for 45,026 Rs on 14-12-17 for21-5-18 trip that is almost 4 months prior. after all the goof up i had to pay 96000 Rs for the new tickets for saving my well planed honeymoon trip. As mentioned before i want my hard earned money back

@AirAsiaSupport Kindly check in your records i had called on 21st morning the day when we were suppose to fly to bali in regards to checkin and then got to know the flight were canceled. Leaving no other option from the @AirsiaSupport but to transfer the money back.
