@ShivAroor such a poor journalism and shameless journalist you are. Journalism's core principle is to report facts, provide context, and present multiple sides where possible. who gave u power to judge a tell who is right and wrong. if u wanna do that drop that mic and use personal acc.
@chalkalaana What's wrong with appearances and having simple, ritual focussed weddings. such a shallow behaviour calling out someones wedding appearances, unpaid fashion police these days should get a life.
What scam has been so normalized? The guilt-tripping of successful doctors.
I know a Rheumatologist in my city.
• Full Private Practice (No Govt post/salary)
• 15 years of education + 10 years of grind.
• Sees 100 patients/day (Purely based on patient satisfaction).
He once posted that his annual income was ₹1.5 Cr.
The result? He was bashed, called a "thief," and bullied until he deleted his account.
Compare this to a 22-year-old IIT graduate bagging a ₹1.5 Cr package.
Society’s reaction: "Inspiration," "Pride of India," "Deserves it."
If a techie earns it, it’s 'Success.'
If a doctor earns it, it’s 'Robbery.'
Making a doctor feel guilty for being compensated for their expertise is the biggest scam in Indian society.
❌Just came to know of this horrific incident!
🚨A WOMAN DOCTOR IN SATARA DISTRICT WAS RAPED FOR MONTHS BY A POLICEMAN! SHE WAS SO MENTALLY TORTURED THAT SHE HAD TO COMMIT SUICIDE!
My blood is boiling!
F*$k letters and F$@k those doctors in power who are playing the letter game!
This policeman should be behind bars! TODAY!
Or else entire Maharashtra doctors should go on Strike!
Maharashtra, a top contender for custodial deaths in India, proves why on #IndependenceDay. As Minister #PankajaMunde visited Jalna, a family protesting at the Collector’s office was stopped by police. When taken into custody, DySP #AnantKulkarni brutally kicked a protestor in the waist, Bollywood-style, on a public road. This is the reality: demand justice, and you’ll get a boot instead. #CustodialViolence #MaharashtraShame
Happiness ≠ money.
Now the bond feels like a trap.
now want to prep for NEET PG and chase purpose again knowing thats way to hell for 4year 1 year prep and 3 years of residency and it smells painfull and sweet too. life as a doctor is wierd.
#DoctorLife#NEETPG
When I was in internship, I couldn't wait for it to end.
Wanted to do MO-ship first — salary, chill job, no more ward duties.
Now I have it... and I feel hollow.
No college friends. No laughs in the mess. no late night bakchodi
Just silence, and a paycheck that doesn’t hug back
> First, they vandalized the venue where Kunal Kamra performed
> Then, they went to the police station to file an FIR against him
This is the 'New India' Feku Ji has built over the last 11 years—where criminals file FIRs against victims & the police merely watch 🤡 #KunalKamra

*"DOCTORS VS JUDGES"*
Dr Ramesh Ganesan asked a medicolegal question :
Judiciary should also come under CPA (Consumer Protection Act).
--In the Salman Khan hit and run case, the LOWER court judge and the HIGH court judge had the SAME pieces of EVIDENCE to deal with.
--They also had the SAME Indian LAW to abide by and most probably they had similar educational qualifications too.
--Yet they INTERPRETED the situation in absolutely CONTRASTING manner and gave verdicts which are poles apart.
--Just imagine what would have happened if a YOUNG doctor sitting in a GOVERNMENT hospital, catering to hundreds of patients in a day, had diagnosed a celebrity patient presented with gastric discomfort as GASTRITIS and another hospital had LATER on diagnosed that patient to be having a MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION. I am sure that doctor would have been screwed and jailed.
--A JUDGE gets YEARS to decide on a case unlike a DOCTOR who is expected to diagnose and treat everything in the BLINK of an eye.
--If a doctor making a wrong diagnosis can be prosecuted, shouldn't a judge giving wrong verdicts meet the same fate?
--If hospitals can be sued for not admitting poor patients, shouldn't the courts be prosecuted for having lacs of impending cases?
--Is it not appalling that a judge who takes 12 years to give a wrong verdict gets away unhurt and a doctor making one mistake is screwed by our legal system?
--Doctors practice medicine which is more of an art than an exact science, whereas law is absolutely 100% manmade, yet doctors are expected to be right on all occasions.
--If doctors and hospitals have a duty towards the society then does the judiciary not have a responsibility towards the socitey.
--If there is so much of hue and cry in media about doctors and hospitals charging huge sums from patients, then why do we not ever hear a word on the fee that lawyers like Manu Singhvi and Jethmalani charge for their court appearances.
--Government often talks about putting a capping on the fees doctors charge for various procedures but there is no talk of putting a capping on the fee that these lawyers charge to get justice for their clients.
--If health is a citizen's right, then so is justice. Shall we think about taking our minds off worshipping false heroes ?
*JUDICIARY SHOULD ALSO COME UNDER CPA (CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT)*

@autopsy_surgeon This list is not going to stop for sure ! One of the main reasons for toxic culture is that seniors have been through this so their juniors have to.
