@Yatra_Care Pl also share in which account my refund has been initiated

[ankit gupta @ankyt888]

@YatraOfficial @Yatra_Care I have cancelled one booking with reference no. 2607250065472 and refund initiated on 5 sep 2025 but still not credited to my credit card

[ankit gupta @ankyt888]

@Yatra_Care @YatraOfficial you have not refunded my money even after 15 days and you are talking of deducting the convenience fee. Now who we will pay for the late refund

[ankit gupta @ankyt888]

@YatraOfficial @Yatra_Care I have cancelled one booking with reference no. 2607250065472 having free cancellation but you have deducted 220 rs for booking charges whereas @goibibo and @agoda does not do these cheap tactics

[ankit gupta @ankyt888]

@Yatra_Care Still no update even after 10 days no refund and no update @YatraOfficial what are you doing

[ankit gupta @ankyt888]

@Yatra_Care This is exactly my point that the convenience fee is non refundable whereas all other operators give full refund. Pl see to refund that fee also otherwise I shall use only other operators for booking.
