@RailwaySeva For this problem you don’t need PNR or mobile no. . What you actually need is the will to look into the issue and figure out how trains can be made to run punctual — or at the very least, with minimum delay. But of course, that might be asking for too much.
Consistency in being late is truly a skill that @indianrail@RailMinIndia and specifically @serailwaykol have mastered.
Every so-called express train takes at least 6–7 hours to cover a mere 200 km — that’s barely 30 kmph.

So stop pretending. If you can’t run passenger trains on time, just stop running them. Charging passengers and making them suffer like this is nothing short of exploitation.

But of course, Vande Bharat will run on time. Why? Because goods trains have jammed the entire route. There aren’t even enough tracks to run passenger trains properly.
