What a crazy day!! A court remanded a case to another body and yet required the defendant to submit her answer to the remanding body which just technically gave back the case to another body. Also, many deans have already pointed out, a "remand" is a return of a case from a higher court to a lower court. But the Senate is CO-EQUAL with the House of Representative. How could this be? Looking at the orders, they appear to be moronic. In this case there seems to be NO method to the madness.

I think what happened at the Senate last night with VP Sara’s impeachment case is THE BEST ARGUMENT why a crimes against humanity case against Rodrigo Duterte will be dead on arrrival if filed in a Philippine court. Which is why it has to be heard in an international court.
