As per clause 7.2.1(j) of concession agreement signed on 7/2/03 by YEIDA,
external development costs for water supply was to be borne by Authority. In violation of contractual terms, even after paying 40 crores, Noida Authority demanding Rs 100 crores more for Ganga water supply.
