@sidspeaksup @LiveLawIndia Just go and check HJS results ...if this is the hallmark of getting good judges then how come lawyers with 7 year practice are being found unfit? Sorry to say but HC and even SC quality of judgement is a matter of debate..no data to show lower Judiciary failing

@sidspeaksup @LiveLawIndia I have practiced ...if HJS selection is your argument then please look into the results of the same..most HC don't select anyone for HJS stating that no qualified candidate was found ...even after 7 years of practice they don't find 4-5 fit candidates

@ravishndtv Changed syllabus.. completely different pattern and corruption at its best...paper should be conducted again from the beginning..but no1 will help..no media house no politician bcz pcsj has lesser no of candidates..this is extremely common now in judiciary
