@Airtel_Presence Honestly, a simple sim swap has taken more than 2 months and is still not resolved. I have raised request to port my personal number from airtel to voda.
I will port the remaining 7 numbers to voda as well.
I’ve seen the worst possible customer service specially your store

Your airtel store people are unable to execute a simple sim swap. It’s really frustrating how many times i have visited multiple airtel stores to get this done. They are unable to help me. Your IVR service is also not helpful.

You have to understand how frustrating it can be if you ask your customer to wait for 2 months and counting just for sim swap and that too because your sim is not working fine.

Purchased an air conditioner from @VijaySales Patel Nagar which had a manufacturing fault that was identified during installation. Went back to the store and complained. The AC was replaced after 4 hours with another AC that had the same manufacturing fault. #Sunday well spent!
