@TPEassist She was to travel from Edinburgh at around 12 I don’t have exact times as she’s meeting us at Preston but train was cancelled so they sent her to Newcastle?? Poor woman couldn’t even get a seat as train was packed. She’s 70 and 2 dodgy knees. She had to sit in toilet

@TPEassist hey my mums train was cancelled Edinburgh to Preston so they sent her to Newcastle. Turns out they don’t have a connection to Preston so she has to travel to Carlisle then get another connection to Preston. Wtf why would you send a 70 year old woman to the wrong place?
