A lot of people have been asking how they can help with my case. The Commonwealth must prove that my INTENT was to cause emotional injury to witnesses, with the INTENT that it would interfere with or obstruct with an ongoing criminal matter (the Karen Read trial). We know that this wasn't my intent, and I've probably stated what my intent really was thousands of times in old videos. I need help going through every single episode, impromptu live stream, and video I've published from 4/18/23 through 10/11/23, to find time stamps/clips of me stating what my intent was. That's what I need.
You know what I’ve been thinking about? There are far more racist people in this country than I ever realized.
I have been blown away watching people celebrate the death of a White teenage boy simply because the person who killed him was Black.
This teenager was not on drugs. He was not a troublemaker.
He had never committed a crime.
He played sports, made good grades, respected his parents, and was loved by so many people.
Yet some people have found joy in his death because they care more about race than right and wrong.
That is not justice. That is racism, hatred, and pure evil.
A teenage boy lost his life. Anyone celebrating that should be ashamed.
Proctor’s Texts: Horrifying, Unacceptable, and Protected For Far Too Long
This is how racism affects criminal cases. Read the motion here:

As a police officer, Michael Proctor was far more dangerous than any individual he’s ever apprehended. The real problem is with the culture within the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office that's allowed it and protected him. We cannot trust Greg Connor.
As Samantha Benigno pointed out, these are the people Michael Proctor worked with and interacted with every day. Now they're holding a fundraiser on Juneteenth in Canton, which will have about as much diversity as Michael Morrissey's office. Proctor felt comfortable enough with another cop to repeatedly use racial slurs and say that black people should be his slaves. Don't worry though, it was just Proctor who felt this way. No one else, and especially not the people who gave him perfect performance reviews.
Hey Jasmine…
Black pilot here.
I think you missed the plot.
Then again, that’s becoming a pattern.
I graduated from West Point.
I went through Army flight school.
I learned to fly the AH-64 Apache.
I deployed to combat and flew 55 combat missions over Baghdad.
Nobody handed me a cockpit because of my skin color.
Nobody lowered the standards for me.
Nobody looked at me and said, “Let’s check a diversity box.”
That’s what people like you don’t seem to understand.
Suggesting that Black pilots, Black engineers, Black doctors, or Black leaders need special preferences to succeed is not empowering, it’s insulting.
I didn’t want a different standard.
I wanted the same standard.
And when you’re flying into combat, the American people don’t care what race the pilot is.
They care whether the pilot is qualified.
Merit isn’t racist.
Excellence isn’t discriminatory.
And reducing every achievement to skin color says far more about your worldview than it does about mine.
FRISCO: Family members of Karmelo Anthony assaulted me and my crew
Threw water bottles at us
Threatened us with violence
& started trying to put hands on us for simply asking them about their shirts
See how we left their tent when asked without stabbing them? It can be done
I drove for @hellofresh as a contractor. Thousands upon thousands of deliveries out of one of their warehouses.
The audits were run by an upper-management 'boss babe' who walked the floor pushing crystal therapies and demanding pronoun discipline. The employees mumbled the magic words and went home with pitiful paychecks. They could not argue with the woman who decided if they kept the job. That was the culture two years before the ad. The ad is what happens when that culture stops hiding.
HelloFresh does not even keep its own drivers. They ran on temp agencies. When they tried contractors like me, we cost more than the temps, so they cut their own people loose and went back to the cheapest body they could find. The company that will not pay its drivers fairly will pay a marketing team six figures to write this:
"For those of you who are… prepping… we have an extensive lineup of high-fiber recipes available. Happy Pride."
When a commenter floated the code BOTTOMSUP, the company replied with a real discount. "You ask, we deliver. Literally."
A meal-kit company has told you which one of your holes they want you to load their product into and out of. They capitalize on the gays as colons with credit cards. They think suburban moms are too dim to read between the lines. They think you will laugh and let the autopay roll.
This is the same company the Department of Labor caught using migrant children in its facilities in 2024. They blamed a staffing contractor. They always blame the staffing contractor. The company that cannot tell you who packed its food is the one marketing their products to customer rectums.
@factormeals is HelloFresh. @EveryPlate_ is HelloFresh. @greenchef is HelloFresh.
Same warehouse, same conveyor, same audit lady. Canceling Factor and switching to EveryPlate is moving rooms inside the same burning house.
Cancel all of them. Tell them exactly why in the cancellation field. Buy a chicken from a butcher. Plant a tomato in your own garden.
Burn the box. Bury the brand. Build something better.
We will be a proper country again when these filth-mongers are on trial.
Imagine getting this interview the day after explosive racist text messages from Michael Proctor come out and the question you ask America’s most famous wrongly accused woman is “what do you think about Internet trolls Who don’t like you?” The Read team needs to stop giving interviews with mainstream media. They are her enemy.
https://t.co/meSd30NpXS I spoke to @charliemckenna9@masslivenews about the disgusting conduct of Proctor and Goode and why nobody should expect much from the DA: the incestuous relationship among Norfolk County law enforcement. The DA has known about this conduct for months and what have they done other than seek protective orders which protect only the bad actors-who are disgraced public servants which the public should know about. There is no reason that this information should be concealed. To the extent disclosure damages the DA the fault is exclusively that of Proctor, Goode, the MSP, the CPD and the DA.
Here is the video of tonight's appearance on @NewsNation with @jessecordweber discussing Karen Read (the Proctor/Goode texts impact on the lawsuit filed today) and Karmelo Anthony (concerns over jury selection and whether the defendant has a credible self defense claim).
A lot of shocking, appalling and disgraceful texts and messages were revealed today. But to lawyers who understand how this all works, this is the most significant and damning: the man has it in his mind to plant evidence and frame people. Nothing will ever change that.
In light of today’s horrifying text message revelations, I am calling for Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrisey to resign effective immediately. Racism, bigotry, misogyny, and antisemitism have absolutely no place in the Massachusetts State Police and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office. They are appalling and shocking and, under my leadership, will never be tolerated.

On 7/22/24 Matt McCabe wrote an email to Governor Healey and several other politicians, urging them not to fire Michael Proctor, who he called a "great officer of the state." Now we know that Proctor regularly used the racial slurs, talked about planting drugs on suspects, and discussed raping his girlfriend in her sleep with Sean Goode. This is who the McAlberts consider a "great officer of the state," because to them a "great officer" is someone who doesn't investigate them for their potential involvement in the murder of a cop.
