His name is Peyton Alvarez, he's 25 years old.

Back in April, Peyton was riding his motorcycle near Greenville, South Carolina, when he veered off the road and hit a tree.

He was wearing his helmet, but. the impact left him with a traumatic brain injury so severe that doctors call his condition a "disorder of consciousness."

His mother Trina got the call every parent on earth prays they never get. "We have your son Peyton, and he's been in a motorcycle accident."

There is a place that specializes in bringing people like Peyton back. The Shepherd Center in Atlanta, one of the best brain injury rehab centers in the country.

And it wasn't just his family who wanted him there. His DOCTORS recommended it.

The people who actually examined Peyton said this is the care he needs to recover.

And UnitedHealthcare said NO.

Their reason, in writing:

Peyton's condition "does not meet the criteria" for the rehab his family requested.

In plain English? They called the treatment that could help this young man wake up "not medically necessary."

Not one person at that insurance company has ever laid eyes on Peyton. His doctors have, but UnitedHealthcare overrode them anyway.

Instead, they offered a NURSING HOME.

Yes, you read that right... a nursing home.

It has been revealed that the man who broke into a 77-year-old DISABLED woman's home at 4 a.m., ripped her clothes off, and R*PED her while she was ASLEEP in her own bed...

When the woman tried to run, the illegal dragged her back inside by her hands and feet and CHOKED her.

She fought so hard she left him covered in scratches.

This happened in Mulberry, Florida.

Around 4 in the morning, this elderly woman woke to a noise and saw a silhouette in her living room.

The sheriff says the man pounced on her in her own bed and se*ually battered her and then he DRAGGED her around the room by her hands and her feet.

She tried to escape out the front door while he was in the bathroom, but he chased her down, dragged her back inside, and choked her.

This 77-year-old grandmother FOUGHT.

The suspect had scratches all over his body from her fighting for her life and somehow, she got free, ran outside without any clothes, screaming for help.

Detectives found the suspect nearby, in a home with two other men.

His name is Axel Antonio Espinal Herrera.

He's 24 years old and he is an illegal immigrant from Honduras. ICE has now placed a detainer on him.

Pray for this elderly woman today, I cannot imagine what she's going through.

Americans gathered over 700,000 signatures to put a proposed constitutional amendment in Michigan on the ballot in November for proof of citizenship and voter ID requirement

Democrats are rejecting the signatures and claiming they are invalid to block the proposed amendment

709,000 signatures were submitted by Americans for Citizen Voting in Michigan

Democrat took 1,000 signatures as a sample. In the sample, 629 needed to be valid to verify the signatures. Democrats said only 624 were valid so they are trying to reject the signatures because of this

Democrats invalidated 5 signatures below the required amount, making sure the motion couldn’t move forward

But keep in mind, Republicans gathered 709,000. So because Democrats say they were only able to validate 624 of a 1,000 signature sample, they are saying 267,000 of the 709,000 signatures are invalid

So because of 5 signatures Democrats invalidated, they are saying that 267,000 signatures must be invalid and trying to reject it being on the ballot

We all know the real reason why Democrats made sure to invalidate just enough signatures of the original 1,000 signature samples. They did it to MAKE SURE that a proof of citizenship and voter ID constitutional amendment doesn’t come up for a vote

Chain of custody is the whole argument.
