.@JamesTalarico: THC products are now virtually banned in the state of Texas. You have to have 3 DUIs to get a felony, and now just having Delta 8 can get you that felony. It’s insane.

This is because of corruption. Think about what industries are most worried about THC products being readily available. Big beer. Big Tobacco. They were the ones pushing this THC ban because it hurts their bottom line.

It just drives me crazy when you have these policies that clearly don’t serve people. Things are so hard right now. Texans can’t afford the basics. They can’t get ahead no matter how hard they work and how much they save. And you’re gonna ban a product that gives them a little bit of peace? We should be trying to make people’s lives easier, not making their lives harder.
