@Verizon after talking with support, it seems the only answer is to stop paying the bill. Don’t get old while using Verizon because they apparently have no way to help a family member change or cancel your service!

@Verizon My aunt went in a nursing home in April…I called Verizon repeatedly to get her landline phone shut off…it never happened…last time asked to have it switched to her nursing home…said they would but it never happened…I’m at a loss…guess I just stop paying the bill?
