And let me reiterate the fact that they had the god foresaken audacity to tell me “to be patient” for 4-5 HOURS. I WAITED FOR 5 HOURS TO GET A GOD DAMN CALL BACK AFTER PESTERING THEIR CHATBOT AND LOSING IT

@rentomojo absolutely shitty service, shitty chatbot and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE.

And also have no respect for their technicians because clearly they’re okay with having their technicians work in the rain at 10pm @rentomojo

After paying so much money and deposit to @rentomojo , and making sure I am available at THEIR DELIVERY TIME (which by the way should be the other way round since they are service providers) - they have the audacity to tell me to be patient

Some random ass people on the @rentomojo chatbot had the audacity to tell me that I will “have to wait” and then had no decency to call back and apologize for the inconvenience caused to me and the technician

Oh by the way it’s raining and he’s still fixing the AC, and he can’t leave until he finishes the job right

Because guess what, it’s 10pm and this technician (btw sent from heaven above honestly) is still working on my AC because fucking @rentomojo DID NOT INFORM HIM IN TIME THAT HE HAD TO BE HERE

So while I was on the chatbot for like 4 hours, @rentomojo had done NOTHING to assign a person to me at a normal time. They didn’t think of the client’s timelines neither did they think of the technician’s timeline

At 5pm I finally get a call from the technician, who very nicely comes over. I asked him what time they assigned the job to him and he said they assigned to job to him at 4PM!!!!!

No one from @rentomojo called me, despite me asking multiple times and they claimed they had raised an issue to “expedite the process” which we all know is complete bullshit

So I was on the @rentomojo chat for about 4 hours with no tangible response - rather just shit service and them having the audacity to tell me that “you will have to wait”.
