I just realized that I was launching Microsoft Lync to our company. Sharing headsets at the office and trying to motivate people to use Lync instead of email. Before that, there was no instant messaging tool. Gosh I'm old. Or the change is fast 😁 #change

Have you ever heard that you communicated too much of your transformation project? I haven't. 😁 Today I started communicating even though plans are not 100% clear, and I don't have perfect stakeholder analysis and communication plan. Felt grand! Early involvement ➡️ engagement.
