@JustEatUK you need a better system for areas like mine with very poor signal, on 2 occasions now I have been pressured by drivers for our WiFi password so they can enter the delivery code into their app.

@Cyn1kal@sorealne Loads of young people are now using TikTok for search as opposed to Google (in a lot of cases). Instagram reels and YouTube don’t function for search in the same way.
Also it has a more personalised algorithm

@O2 I had a call from a stranger who said they had received a missed call from me. However I definitely didn’t call them. I had a look and apparently scammers sometimes use other peoples numbers to make their calls seem legit.
Is there anything I can do if that’s the case?
@lucymoir_@TicketmasterCS Yes I was able, I heard the people in front of me asking why they’d got that email from ticketmaster but the guy checking the tickets seemed just as confused. I think everyone was using ticketmaster
@TicketmasterCS You seem to have sent incorrect info regarding the vamps in Glasgow on Wednesday. I downloaded the o2 academy app and signed into ticketmaster and there was no tickets showing. I then found out they are in the ticketmaster app as normal. Quite confusing for people
@RevolutApp it’s super disappointing that you removed travel insurance from premium. Also I think you could’ve sent more than one email because I only just happened to notice you don’t include it now while browsing the app. I go on holiday next month and would’ve been caught out
@CraigWi49593489 @ScotRail I’m not disagreeing that whether it’s the rear or front train is a common sense thing to work out. It’s just that most people see the platform number and if they get to that platform and only see one train, they are likely to get on that train.
@ScotRail It was really annoying today at Glasgow central when one of your staff let everyone in our carriage know we were on the wrong train, our train had infact been the one in front and it had already left. I wish there was a way you could make this more obvious
@CraigWi49593489 @ScotRail There was only one train on the platform and I never noticed that the platform number had a letter in front indicating you had to wait for another train, I was one of at least 10 people who made the mistake 🤷🏻♀️ so I do believe it could be made clearer
@ScotRail It was the 1.05 train to neilston. I think it didn’t help that the front train hadn’t arrived when the platform number went up, so there was only one train on the platform which was the rear one.
@ScotRail I know there’s usually a small F or R next to the platform number but it’s really easy to miss honestly. This happened a few months ago but your staff member let everyone know before the train took off so those of us who could run fast enough could switch just on time!
@O2 I want to change my out of contract sim only plan to a cheaper one but it’s forcing me into a credit check to proceed at checkout? Is this normal? I’ve upgraded my contract before and never had this
