I’m working on a foundational AI engineering hire for an early-stage team building persistent, proactive agents that can take on complex outcomes and work toward them for days, weeks, or months.

The role:
• Own zero-to-one product areas end to end
• Build across interfaces, agent workflows, and infrastructure
• Turn research advances into reliable product capabilities
• Work directly with users and iterate quickly
• Help shape product and technical architecture
Looking for exceptional engineers with strong product judgment, high agency, and a track record of shipping consequential products in ambiguous environments.
Compensation: $250K–$500K + 1%–5% equity
