@neomwellbeing I recently bought a pod mini from your site. The product broke and would not switch on after two weeks. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in my life!! I rang numerous times and sent 5 emails! Only to be partially refunded around 6weeks later! Joke!!

@HalifaxBank I rang the complainant number to complain about the long wait times including a 60min wait to a fraud team and there were long delays to get through! The irony!!
@HalifaxBank what has happened to your customer service?? I’ve been trying to contact your credit card fraud team to report an unauthorised payment and it’s a one hour wait on hold? And no option of a call back! Disgraceful!!
@MissSelfridge your customer service is absolutely shocking I have never experienced anything like it in my life! I’ve contacted you via email, messenger and twitter and all have stopped replying. I’m only waiting for a label to be sent to me for a return!!
@Pontins I’ve never heard of anyone being made to stay in a room that has not been cleaned from the previous guests with dirty bedding and used bloody plasters on the floor
@Pontins the treatment we have received is absolutely disgraceful and the customer service is shocking I hope all Pontins guest don’t get treated this way
@Pontins absolutely fuming, made a complaint after staying at Prestatyn had to stay in a room that had not been cleaned from previous guests, emailed them within the 28days had response to say they had received it now told they haven’t received email and that the time has elapsed
@VirginTrains I'm so frustrated, applied for a delay refund for a trip to in Dec. Followed the correct procedure waited 8 weeks and still no reply. All emails ignored by customer relations. Customer support just replied to my email to tell me to contact customer relations!!!
