Universities in Guangzhou are issuing NOCs meanwhile South China Normal University (华南师范大学) is giving promises. They also REFUSE to say when they gonna issue the documents or under what process is the NOC currently. Kindly asking you to help @JiRongMFA #takeUsBackToChina
