@UtilityWharehouse NIGHTMARE!! in the last month I have been on the line for 15 hours across 10 calls, and you haven't been able to switch the account at my new flat to me so that I can pay you and close the account! Worst customer service EVER!

@katiechilverss I am in the same Utility Warehouse nightmare!! I have called them 9 times, and every single time I have been on the phone for more than 1 hour without being able to solve the issue. It is absolutely impossible to talk to the "moving in" team. I am on the line with them again.
