Hoje era o dia do pagamento de bolsas e salários de quase 200 mil pessoas no país pela CAPES e eles simplesmente não receberam!
Porque não tem dinheiro? Porque o governo fez tanto corte pra repassar pra outras áreas que o orçamento q sobrou não dava pra um mês!
