Apparently my issue has been resolved by @ValleysToCoast and the trees do not need any maintenance... brambles & oak saplings would be easier to sort now, rather than in another year. The trees and land belong to V2C. The overgrowth has already caused two garages to be demolished

That haven't been updated by the fulfilment centre can't be scanned yet and my order is probably amongst them. Surely once the items are scanned it should update on the system? All I want is to know it's delayed and now I have to arrange for someone else to collect it.
