@arwon Agreed, Sydney Olympic Park is the only place you can do it and capture the same spirit as Magic Round. Or, they have to play over the Easter weekend, but that’ll never happen because of the Geelong/Hawthorn Easter Monday match.

I get Ireland as a cricketing entity is a unique proposition, but it is bizarre that Paul Stirling (born in Belfast, presume still lives there) can’t play in the FC comp of the country in which he holds a passport, that in part represents his place of birth!
