@tfwrail I want to launch a complaint. I booked a disabled seat on the 14:10 to llanharan from Crewe. The disabled seat is next to the disabled toilet which is out of order. Just had to walk my disabled dad through a whole carriage which is disgraceful.

@tfwrail I booked this all through the passenger assistance team, so you knew there was a person who is disabled and in a chair getting on the train. If it wasn’t for a kind passenger I don’t know what we’d have done.

@coopukinsurance I’ve called in the region of 15- 20 times they say that they’ve referred it up and we’ve never heard anything. I explained that she’s trapped and that she goes to collect my dad each morning from a hotel while their bungalow is renovated for my dads chair. I got tired of asking

@coopukinsurance want a company who will go above and beyond for you? Don’t go with coop- they’ve left a carer without a car. All because she drives an automatic but has a manual license. Countless calls- disgraceful

@coopukinsurance Yes I am I have said she cannot drive a manual because she has bad knee but they weren’t bothered and now she’s trapped in a house by herself with my dad who is disabled. You sent a manual car anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️
