Checked Fenway Park off my list, represented the SELL movement and the Oakland Coliseum, got a “F*%k John Fisher” shout out, secured a foul ball and witnessed the Tartan Army’s first baseball game! What a night! 💚⚾️🏴 @LastDiveBar#NoScotlandNoParty
@POWERADE really missed an opportunity to take a play out of the @oaklandcoli playbook and schedule various flavored sports drink ‘dot racing’ at every World Cup match site during the hydration breaks! Nothing gets a crowd going like dot racing! #LongLiveTheColi
@OaklandRooted@stevecofield@townsendradio@cofieldandco The only approach John Fisher has in regards to the fans, amenities and strategy is to cut corners, be cheap, screw over the fans, trade away his team's best talent to save money, neglect the facilities and blame everyone else for his failures.
A special stop was made on the ‘Tour of the Connacht Cups’ earlier this morning.
Dermot would be immensely proud of his county and of everything the Rossies have achieved so far this year. Dermot is always remembered & greatly missed.

Rickey Henderson famously phoned San Diego Padres General Manager Kevin Towers, leaving the voicemail:
"This is Rickey calling on behalf of Rickey. Rickey wants to play baseball!"

My favorite new swim Tweeter of 2026 is the woman who keeps tagging R*l*y G*i*nes in posts about Marshall cutting their women's swim team because she still thinks that's what R*l*y means when she says "protect women's sports." Bless her heart.
I can’t help but notice that the “save women’s sports” crowd has been awfully quiet since Trump mocked the US women’s hockey team, to the apparent delight of the men’s team. It’s almost as if they don’t actually care about women’s sports at all.
