@Delta Furthermore we are still sitting on the runway half an hour after our flight is scheduled to depart and have been notified we will be delayed at least another half hour. Probably more. So you can imagine what a happy (not) group of Delta passengers you have on this flight.

Hey @delta. Checking into flight 264 JFK to CDG and I did not get the seat I booked and paid for. Neither did the woman sitting next to me. What gives? How do you simply reassign seats without notifying loyal flyers?

@Delta Thank you @deta. But that’s Not good enough. The airline should notify passengers about those changes so we have an opportunity to make seat. changes on our end.
