I have been feeling discouraged by the extended waiting period. I thought I would have had my breakthrough by now. But, thank You for reminding me that you allowed the delay and even though I don’t understand why I must wait. All I know is that your timing is perfect. 🙏🏻

With due respect sir but error occurs due to system crashed and there’s no available options to edit online but to wait on the appointment dates. Many of us already lost our opportunities because of this extreme delays. But, we still putting our high hopes from your end…🙏🏻

To online passport applicants: Please 🙏🏻🙏🏻ensure you encode your names & birthdates accurately (based on your BC or old passport) to avoid delays. We have 21,000+ applications that are currently suspended (& will be delayed) mostly due to encoding mistakes by the applicants.

QRS cannot hold on to passports. All their undelivered passports are now being serviced by Air21, with 4,600+ passports in transit for delivery. For applications with missing or erroneous delivery information, an email will be sent for pick up dates at our COs.
