Idk about other places but in the US the police are not required or even encouraged to be transparent. Hell, they're not even required to assist someone WHILE they're being stabbed to death.

I'm not well versed in the UK's legal system but I'm pretty sure the only person that truly knows a motive (especially pre-trial) is the offender & considering the age of the offenders, they might not even know.

Biology matters so far as we allow it to. If biology mattered then eugenics is the logical conclusion. Is that a ship you want to sail?
