@messedupfoods Those saying openers have more stress because of prep and such...yeah, no. I did both at the hut of pizza for a few years. Opening was usually peaceful. I could just do my work and it was mostly quiet. Closing...still had to do a bunch of prep AND dishes AND never got off on time
