@OnePlus_Support I raised a ticket to request a return of an unwanted charger but you have closed the ticket without doing anything. I am running out of time to return this. And if your website was clearer I wouldn't have order it anyway. Please sort this out urgently.

@oneplus ordered #oneplus6 and was shipped 16 August. Paid extra for speedy tracked delivery Monday 20th. #DHL now telling me there is a delivery exception and I have to phone them in Poland. Just an automated line what is happening?
