This lady is suing David Lloyd. She has two little girls and asked them to clarify their stance on single sex spaces, and they deliberately obfuscated as much as possible to maintain her membership, knowing they had another member who was a male bodied person. After much back and forth they told her if her daughters were exposed to or felt threatened she could complain. Like most mothers, she wanted to avoid imparting lifelong trauma on her children, rather than having to deal.eirh it when it happened. So, she's holding them to account and taking them to court. And bloody good for her, too! It's the only way these people will learn.
