@discodave75 Perhaps also seen as worse/ more evil for women to not care for children, rather than stepfathers, who would not be expected to step into caring role?

We're pleased to welcome @Tesco announcement that they will be providing paid #KinshipCareLeave on a par with adoption leave for all #SpecialGuardians in their workforce. We hope that over time, the policy will be extended to all #KinshipCarers.
