@HeathrowExpress travelled on the 14.40 service today from Paddington. We travelled on the premier + carriages. We chose to pay the extra for this service and it was anything but that. Crowded carriage with people with multiple luggage blocking the door and walkways.

@marksandspencer The member of staff told me they wouldn’t be able to check the transaction as the till had crashed. It really is a bit of an inconvenience as I don’t live near Braehead and only visit when my daughter can take me.

@marksandspencer he said if it turns out that it had went through the first time I could get a refund. On checking my bank it has went through twice. Do I have to go back to the original store to do this or can I go to any store for it?

@marksandspencer a member of staff came over to solve the problem and then the till crashed. As I don’t do online banking I couldn’t check to see if the shopping had gone through. The supervisor told me to put it through again.

@marksandspencer hi I was in your food hall at the Braehead store today. When I was going to pay for my shopping I used contactless and the screen on the till froze. Eventually it cleared and it looked as though I hadn’t paid. I went to pay again and it flashed for help.

@adidas I eventually got them to escalate and was told it will take 72hrs. I had to contact you again to be told that there is nothing they can do. £75 of my money being kept by a large company like yourselves. If I had spent the gift card why would I looking for a refund.

@adidas didn’t receive the refund although they said they would process it. I have had endless chats to be told no refund can be processed as gift card had been used. How can I spend something when I did not receive it. Chats have been abruptly ended.

@adidas not happy with the service I have received from your what’s app agents. Contacted them about a gift card I purchased online but did not receive. Contacted them to say I did not receive it and they said they would process a refund.

@HeathrowAirport get your act together. Just arrived on a busy BA flight from LAX and we are being held on the plane because you don’t have buses for us to take us to the terminal. How embarrassing No1 airport in the UK.
